Staff were very helpful.

One of the elevators was not working.

This is what a 4 star hotel should look and feel like. The bed was super comfortable and had multiple pillows to choose from. Concierge had abundant maps.

Exterior not very appealing. Pricey extras.

Not a bad hotel. 25 GBP/Day for parking is too much. Didn't eat at the hotel. Didn't feel like 18 GBP for cereal and muffins was worth it. Beds were very comfortable though and we felt rested after every night. ...read more

Everything! The staff, the Marriott product offers so much.

Need a flat rate for use of internet, not charge by the minute.

Loved our stay in London! This hotel was wonderful. I use Priceline every time I travel and as usual I was not disappointed. The London staff was awesome, so accommodating, the bed was comfortable, rooms was clean and a nice size, bathroom was very nice size and water pressure was great! I love this hotel! ...read more
